Maintenance Specialist for Permanent Position 80-100%

• Operation and maintenance of several properties in the technical and infrastructural area.
• Minor repair work on building services systems and facilities.
• Coordination and supervision of external craftsmen for maintenance & renovation work.
• Preparation of quotes for our customers.
• Assistance in organizing and implementing projects.
• Support with technical and organizational issues.
• Contact person for owners, administration, tenants, authorities, neighbors, and internal departments for technical questions.
• Maintenance & care of buildings and outdoor facilities.
• Execution of cleaning and surrounding work.
• Ensuring a well-maintained appearance of the property.
• On-call duty assignments.

• Completed training as a maintenance specialist/building caretaker (or similar education/training).
• Several years of professional experience in the infrastructural/building caretaker area.
• Technical know-how is essential.
• Knowledge of fire alarm/sprinkler systems and building management systems.
• Independent, structured working style and sense of responsibility.
• Strong service mentality and organizational talent.
• Solution-oriented thinking and openness to administrative tasks.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT skills.
• Willingness for on-call duty assignments.
• Valid driving license category B and residence in the Baden region.
