The Information and Communication Technology department ensures patient-oriented, high-quality, and economical ICT services for the entire PUK. The ICT Business Area Service team is particularly responsible for the provision, maintenance, and further development of specialist applications and their integration.
To strengthen the team at the Zurich Lenggstrasse location, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Analysis of business processes and coordination of application further development
- Support of specialist departments in creating functional requirements
- Assessment of change requests and creation of solution concepts
- Processing of change requests
- Translating business requirements into application specifications
- Coordination of application tests and production releases
- Ensuring monitoring of ongoing application operations
- Advising and supporting users in application and process handling
- Providing workarounds, resolving application-related disruptions
Your profile
- HF diploma (computer science) or bachelor (computer science) required, master (business informatics) desirable
- Professional experience with medical applications, especially clinical information systems project experience
- Analytical and networked thinking skills
- High customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty and occasional work outside regular hours
- Language skills in German and English
