Senior Group Accountant / Controller (m/f/d)

Main objectives of the position
Responsibility for the financial closing processes, including the consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER.
Your contribution
- Monthly consolidation of the group results and preparation of the annual report
- Support in monthly reporting to group management and the board of directors
- Support in defining Group Accounting Standards and Procedures as well as the group manual
- Communication, instruction, and explanation of closing processes to all group companies worldwide
- Maintenance of the consolidation system (Tagetik) and reporting templates
- Professional support and coordination of auditors
- Support and assistance to subsidiaries in matters of closing reporting
- Support of the CFO and active participation in various tasks of the Corporate Finance area (e.g., transfer pricing, treasury, MIS/EIS, contribution margin accounting, review of investment projects, corporate governance)
Your skills and talents
- University/FH degree in business administration or higher professional training in accounting and controlling (e.g., Expert F&C, CPA)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position at an internationally operating company with a group structure, preferably in the industrial sector and/or in auditing
- High IT affinity, strong skills in Excel
- Knowledge of SAP (CO/PS), Tagetik is an advantage
- German and English spoken and written
