Tasks & Responsibilities
- Incoming and outgoing mail, order and contract processing including cost control
- Support for time tracking as well as vehicle and machine reports
- Organization of meeting and training rooms including catering
- Management of safety data sheets and supplier documents
- Ensuring personnel equipment including overgarment service
- Inventory management: stock checks, storage, labeling, transport/shipping and goods handling (also for projects)
Profile & Requirements
- Must-have: Completed vocational training or school in commercial or technical field
- Must-have: Experience in office/administrative tasks or warehouse/dispatch
- Must-have: Good PC skills (MS Office), structured and independent working style, discretion
- Must-have: Teamwork and flexibility, very good German skills
- Nice-to-have: Additional commercial training
- Nice-to-have: Driver's license for passenger car (with trailer > 750 kg) and forklift training
