Your Contribution
- You are responsible for the end-to-end AI innovation process: from monitoring new technologies, exploring new AI approaches in the business context, building minimal viable products (MVPs) to scaling AI solutions in AXA Switzerland and the AXA Group
- You expand AI solutions for Voice AI and email automation at the customer interface with your team and create tangible added value for our customers as well as for AXA
- You shape the technological aspects (such as the Agenic platform) of the AI transformation, coordinate closely with stakeholders from business, IT, and the Data & AI area, and prioritize implementation together with the team and stakeholders
- You actively network with universities, leading companies in the AI field, and the AXA Group, bringing new impulses into the organization
- You strengthen your team through coaching, clear goals, and continuous feedback and promote collaboration across functions
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Several years of experience in successfully implementing AI use cases; ideally with experience in innovation management
- Passion for innovation, strong communication skills, and joy in engaging people
- Several years of leadership experience with an appreciative, cooperative leadership style
- High creative energy, strong problem-solving skills, and implementation strength
- Solid AI knowledge from a data science degree with a master's degree (or equivalent)
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
