Job description:

For exciting large projects in Zurich, we are looking for experienced and passionate construction project managers for the management of realization. As a certified construction manager with construction management experience in Switzerland, you will independently develop performance descriptions, manage the tendering and awarding process, and oversee the realization of the work on site from the start of construction to commissioning. Together with the project managers, you will optimize the construction process, create the schedule, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with contract conditions.

Training and experience as a construction manager

Solid experience as a head of realization according to SIA in Switzerland

Enjoyment of work and willingness to deliver above-average results

Good communication skills and assertiveness

Independent, careful, and proactive working style with a focus on the essentials

Very good IT knowledge of industry-standard tools

Good German language skills, additional language skills are an advantage
