Retail Specialist EFZ Automotive (m/f/d), 80-100%
Your task:
In this role, you will take on the task of selling and advising on spare parts and accessories. You recognize the needs of our internal and external customers and meet them with market-oriented, customer-focused, and economical solutions. Existing processes will be continuously analyzed by you, and ideas for further development and optimization will be contributed. Furthermore, you will be responsible for inventory management and procurement of spare parts, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction with impeccable parts supply.

You offer us:
• Passion for product and industry
• Training in retail (specialization in automotive parts logistics) or a completed training as an automotive specialist or mechatronics technician with further training in business and/or professional experience in the administrative field
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it
• High service orientation and organizational skills
• Good German language skills
• Driver's license category B
