Team Member Reservation & Reception/Night Auditor on an Hourly Basis
Feel-good time on the shores of Lake Hallwil! In our extraordinary and family-run resort with 91 rooms in three different themed worlds and luxurious suites, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced, empathetic, and solution-oriented personality as a team member for reservation & reception. Provide top services in a team of around 14 employees including 2 trainees, with mutual respect and trust.
You will provide
- Active sales and consulting for feel-good stays in the individual sector
- Check-in / Check-out of hotel guests
- Handling general correspondence tasks, as well as creating offers and confirmations via Mews
- Posting services and invoicing
- Accepting table reservations for all three restaurants using the Gastronovi software
- Voucher sales
You fulfill these
- Completed commercial training; advantage: hotel management clerk HGT
- At least 1 year of practical experience at a hotel reception
- Strong service orientation in thinking and acting
- Warm, open & flexible personality
- Confident German skills, good English and French skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work weekends and night shifts
