Our team "Compliance Anti-Money Laundering Unit" is responsible for ensuring compliance with due diligence obligations regarding the fight against risks in the area of money laundering and terrorist financing, compliance with regulations in the area of FATCA/AIA/QI, compliance with sanctions, as well as questions regarding cross-border business relationships.

• Ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory FATCA/QI/QI requirements
• Monitor the AIA/FATCA documentation for natural and legal persons and process AIA/FATCA indicators
• Prepare the annual AIA/FATCA reporting
• Participate in projects to implement adjustments or new tax regulations
• Conduct 2nd-line IKS controls and train front-line employees, participate in editing instructions, manuals, workflows and guidelines, and document processes and procedures

• You have proven professional experience in the compliance area in a financial services company, solid know-how with a focus on AIA/FATCA/QI and knowledge of the relevant regulations
• You have a university or university of applied sciences degree or equivalent banking professional training and further education
• You are a committed personality who likes to take initiatives, thinks entrepreneurially and helps shape change. You like to take responsibility and may already have initial experience in the digitization of compliance topics and data analysis
• You master the German language as well as preferably the French language fluently in spoken and written form
