Do you find software and new technologies exciting? Are you already somewhat familiar with the processes in an SME or a larger company? Are you fascinated by digitalization and the resulting opportunities for process optimization? Can you imagine supporting Swiss SMEs in the implementation of clever software solutions? YOUR FUTURE TASKS
* You support Swiss SMEs in the introduction and adaptation of Abacus software.
* After careful and personal training, you take responsibility for "your" project or client mandate. You can count on the collegial support of your colleagues.
* Together with the customers, you analyze their processes, record their needs, and document them.
* Then you configure and implement the customized software solution at the customer.
* Of course, you will also organize and conduct workshops and user training sessions for your customers.
YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS:
* You don't necessarily have to be a software professional yet. But a great interest in IT is just as important as fascination for digitalization topics and the associated opportunities for process optimization.
* You quickly understand contexts, enjoy learning new things, and are ambitious when it comes to understanding your customers' business and showing them good solutions.
* What do we imagine in your educational backpack? Your professional career interests us more than your educational path. A commercial or technical basic education is certainly promising.
* If you have already come into contact with Abacus or other ERP systems, even better. Maybe in internal sales, warehouse management, or a finance department. But this is not a requirement.
* Your colleagues look forward to reinforcement from an uncomplicated person who likes to laugh, even at themselves.
