About the job

• Operation of the fully automated high-bay warehouse for storage and retrieval of own and third-party products
• Troubleshooting in warehouse operations
• Control center operation / control center management: operational monitoring, coordination, and control of all warehouse processes via the SAP/WMS system
• Working with the SAP/WMS system in daily business
• Ensuring logistics processes in cooperation with transport partners
• Release of delivery orders and participation in order picking
• Organization of plant relocations and transports
• Creation of delivery orders and delivery documents according to the tour plan
• Processing of finished goods returns
• Support with inventories and general warehouse tasks

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ
• Initial to several years of professional experience in warehouse or forwarding environment
• SUVA-recognized forklift license
• Confident handling of IT systems (SAP and MS Office advantageous)
• Independent, reliable, and efficient working style
• Technical understanding and careful handling of operating resources
• Enjoy working with internal and external partners
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least B1)
• Availability for on-call duties and residence within a maximum of 1 hour driving distance by own car
• Willingness to work with staggered working hours (05:00 – 14:00 / 07:00 - 17:00 / 11:00 – 20:00)
