Your main tasks will be as follows / Tasks and responsibilities:
- Participate in conducting a rapid literature review on the definition and implementation of sex- and gender-related attributes in medical records;
- Participate in collecting information on current practices related to the documentation of sex and gender and on the main barriers in Switzerland, via an online survey and interviews by telephone or videoconference, in collaboration with BFH. Participate in the narrative synthesis of the results;
- Plan and conduct focus groups in the German-speaking region on the needs, preferences, and concerns of TNB persons and health professionals. Participate in the thematic analysis of the corpus from the focus groups;
- Participate in defining the initial sex and gender attributes in collaboration with BFH. Insert these attributes into a Delphi-style online survey for a 1st vote on 3 criteria. Analyze the votes and then organize a 2nd round of voting on a 4th criterion;
- Provide support to BFH, which is responsible for the pilot implementation of the attributes at 2 sites;
- Participate in organizing and moderating a "stakeholder dialogue" to develop a national recommendation on sex and gender attributes;
- Participate in drafting a health report with the main results as well as in writing scientific manuscripts and other materials throughout the project.

- Collaborating with BFH on defining the initial sex and gender attributes. Inserting these attributes into a Delphi-method online survey for a 1st vote on 3 criteria. Analyzing the votes and organizing a second voting round on a fourth criterion;
- Offering support to BFH, which is responsible for the pilot implementation of the attributes at 2 locations;
- Contributing to the organization and moderation of a "Stakeholder Dialogue" to develop a national recommendation on sex and gender attributes;
- Contributing to the preparation of a health report with the main results as well as to the preparation of scientific manuscripts and other materials throughout the project.
Your assets/Advantages:
- Holder of a university degree (master's level) in the field of health, social sciences, or a discipline considered equivalent;
- Experience in qualitative research (interviews, focus groups) of at least one year;
- Proficiency in the Office suite;
- Excellent knowledge of German as well as a good level of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French would be an advantage;
- Organization, autonomy, and reliability;
- Sense of collaboration and responsibility.
- Completed university studies (master's level) in the field of health, social sciences, or a discipline considered equivalent;
- At least one year of experience in qualitative research (interviews, focus groups);
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Excellent German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form. Knowledge of the French language would be an advantage;
- Organization, independence, and reliability;
- Sense of cooperation and responsibility.
