Junior Communication Manager (a) 100%

• you independently write contributions for intranet, website, and social media and creatively implement content in text, image, and video
• you further develop our communication channels both in terms of content and technology
• you actively participate in designing integrated communication measures from planning to impact measurement
• you work closely with specialist departments and support internal as well as external projects, e.g., events
• you contribute your own ideas and prepare content target group-oriented and cross-channel
• you take on administrative and organizational tasks – such as managing mailboxes, updating templates and tools, and coordinating site tours at the Aarau location

• you formulate precisely, think creatively, and implement content effectively
• you have initial practical experience in the communication field – for example through internships, part-time jobs, studies, or your own projects
• you are digitally savvy, understand social media, and are familiar with CMS and PowerPoint – knowledge in image and video editing is a plus
• you have very good German skills in spoken and written form
• you work independently, in a structured way, and enjoy working in a team
• you have training or studies in communication, media, or as a media technician – or have professional experience in a related field with writing experience
