Von Graffenried Bissig Architects. This is a team of around 40 architects, planners, site managers, project managers and consultants. Your Tasks

• Overall management of new build and renovation projects
• Steering and leading project teams consisting of clients, architects, planners and authorities
• Preparing budgets, defining services, reviewing contractor offers and conducting contract negotiations
• Ensuring and monitoring agreed deadlines, quality and costs

Your Profile

• Practical professional experience in construction and/or project management
• Further training as a certified site manager or HF technician
• Independent, responsible and precise working style
• Good communication skills
