The Ilgenhalde location is one of our three institutions. It offers school, housing, and therapy for children and adolescents from 4 to 20 years old in Fehraltorf. From August 1, 2026 (work start from 10.08.2026) or by arrangement, we are looking for reinforcement for our newly created position.

School Social Worker & Head of Reporting Office
(Workload selectable between 60%)

These are your tasks:

First contact person for psychosocial issues
Solution-oriented systemic counseling of individuals, groups, or entire classes/residential groups
Recognition and assessment of risk situations
Acceptance and processing of reports of boundary violations as well as other incidents involving boundary-crossing or abusive behavior
Documentation and structured processing of incidents in compliance with internal, legal, and data protection regulations
Ensuring a low-threshold, transparent, and secure reporting process

What you bring with you:

Degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy (tertiary level)
Further training in systemic solution-oriented counseling, school social work desired
Confident handling of sensitive topics and a professional, empathetic demeanor
Resilience, personal responsibility, and good self-management
Teamwork skills and good communication competencies
