Your Role
We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and service-oriented individual as School Bus Operations Services Team Lead to lead and coordinate our transport services. In this role, you ensure a safe, efficient, and customer-focused bus operation for our students and staff.
You will lead a small team of drivers, plan and optimize routes, and serve as the main contact person for families, drivers, and the Facilities & Operations department.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in transport management, logistics, or fleet coordination.
- Excellent German and English skills (both mandatory); good knowledge of the Zurich region is an advantage.
- CZV certification if you need to drive yourself.
- Driver's license category D1 (is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and communication skills as well as high attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented, reliable, and team-oriented work attitude.
- Ability to handle operational challenges calmly and efficiently.
- Valid Swiss work permit and residence near the school.
