Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist with a focus on operational activities to join our HR team. In this role, you will take on operational and administrative tasks, participate in exciting HR projects and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR processes. Responsibilities
- HR administration: maintaining entries, mutations and departures in the HRM system; creating employment contracts, contract amendments and references.
- Social security issues: Support in processing social security issues and communication with authorities and external service providers
- Assisting with the creation and checking of HR-related data as part of payroll processing and the annual financial statements
- Ensuring data quality and completeness for HR processes relevant to payroll accounting
- Process optimization: analysis and continuous improvement of existing HR administration processes to increase efficiency and quality
- HR projects: Collaboration on HR Operations projects, such as digitalization initiatives and the introduction of new tools
Hardskills
Completed HR specialist certificate or HR assistant/clerk with several years of professional experience or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in personnel administration in Switzerland is preferred
Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with SAP is ideal
Very good knowledge of German and English
