Job Description
Within our hotel group bringing together Hostellerie du Pas de l’Ours and Aïda Hotel & Spa, the Reservations Manager plays a key role in the customer experience from the very first contact. A true ambassador of our establishments, you ensure optimal management of reservations while offering personalized and quality service to an international clientele.
Main Responsibilities
Manage individual and group reservation requests (phone, email, online platforms)
Advise clients on the choice of rooms, services, offers, and experiences available in our two establishments
Follow up on client files: confirmations, modifications, cancellations
Optimize occupancy rate and revenue in collaboration with management and reception
Update reservation systems and ensure the accuracy of information
Work closely with reception, housekeeping, and catering teams
Ensure compliance with quality standards and the group’s brand image
Profile Sought
Training in hospitality/tourism or similar experience in a reservations or reception position
Excellent presentation and strong customer service skills
Very good command of French and English (any other language is an asset)
Comfortable with IT tools and hotel reservation software (SynXis, Tomas, booking.com, Expedia)
Organized, rigorous, and able to manage priorities
Team spirit, flexibility, and attention to detail
