Apprentice horticulturist landscaping option

For the 2026 intake, we are looking for a:

Apprentice horticulturist* landscaping option

The assigned tasks are as follows:

• prepare surfaces for planting or sowing
• arrange, in the designated locations, flower beds, massifs, rock gardens or lawns by selecting suitable species, in order to create a harmonious whole both in shapes and colors.
• plant, prune and uproot trees, shrubs and hedges
• clean, weed and water the plants
• mow and brush-cut grassy areas
• participate in seasonal or event decorations according to instructions
• maintain, based on instructions, urban furniture and playgrounds
• undertake small earthworks using machines
• maintain machines and entrusted equipment such as lawnmowers, tillers, tools according to instructions.

Required criteria:

• mandatory schooling completed successfully before the 2026 intake
• good practical and manual skills
• good physical constitution and ability to adapt to weather conditions
• no fear of heights and no pollen allergies
• interest in plants and good memory (for learning their Latin names)
• team spirit
• observational skills.
