The Customer advisory team in KPMG is at the heart of delivering innovative and large-scale customer-centric transformation programs across all market and industry segments to help our clients reinvent their businesses for the digital age.
We support our clients on innovative projects related to the customer journey design and implementation covering areas such as: Omni-channel Customer Engagement, Commercial operating model, E-Commerce, CRM implementation projects, Customer and Product data management, etc.
The primary objective of this role is to manage the sales, delivery and fulfilment of our client projects, leading large and often multi-disciplinary teams.

- Lead complex transformation programs in customer experience, service excellence, operating model design and digital transformation.
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outstanding client work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Work closely with Partners and Directors across service lines to deliver impactful customer solutions such as Voice of Customer platforms, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or other front office contact technologies.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging trends and best practices in customer experience, digital strategy, and technology implementation
- Take a significant role in the growth of the team and wider practice. By mentoring Consultants and participating in the business development efforts.
This is what makes you successful
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in Customer Transformation, Digital Technology or in a comparable environment. Experience working in Life Sciences is a plus.
- Have strong interest in the positioning and use of Customer Engagement technologies such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
- Demonstrate deep capability in one or more of the following areas: Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Omni-channel engagement, Customer Insight, Sales Transformation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Extensive experience in end-to-end project management and business development, combined with leadership roles is essential
- Teamwork, good project and client management skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in German and English and willingness to travel
