Security Service Employee (m/f/d)
A cheerful team in the plant security department is looking forward to welcoming a new colleague.
Your area of responsibility includes:
In this responsible position, you ensure plant security and internal company safety. In addition, you and your team colleagues are responsible for the operation of all security systems, surveillance, and escort services in continuous shift work.
- Monitoring compliance with security regulations regarding property protection, value security, fire protection, as well as occupational safety and health protection (ASGS)
- Managing the alarm system and initiating measures
- Reporting all deviations and assisting with corrective actions
- Access and personnel controls
- Reception service
- Member and support of the emergency alarm group in case of an incident
- Management of sample, acceptance, and archive sheets
- Intervention in case of an incident
- Inspection rounds in value security, occupational safety, and fire protection
- Taking over security logistics tasks
You bring with you:
- Completed basic training EFZ
- Further training as company paramedic level 1 IVR
- Solid training in security service
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional experience in a security-relevant environment is an advantage
- High sense of responsibility, role model function, resilience, disciplined, assertiveness, team player
- Clean criminal record and no entries in the debt collection register
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- English skills A2, B1, additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to work 4-shift system and weekend duties
