Job description
Within Amaris Consulting, you will join the team dedicated to IT project management for production equipment, in an international and innovative environment. This position is aimed at a profile acting as the IT referent for industrial, production, R&D, maintenance, and logistics teams.
🔥 Your responsibilities:
- Manage IT projects related to production equipment: planning, sprint management, coordination of investments and retrofits (hardware, software, IT security).
- Write and validate technical documents: specifications, IT requirements, calls for tenders, industrial architecture, and IT communication.
- Ensure integration and commissioning of equipment: deployment, migration, on-site installation, connection to internal networks and MES.
- Supervise tests and qualifications: preparation of test plans, creation of data sets, monitoring deliverables and supplier pre-acceptances.
- Provide IT support and expertise: level 3 incident management, support for business teams, maintenance, methods, and operations.
- Supervise and transfer knowledge: writing technical documentation, training new employees, and post-commissioning support.
- Collaborate with industrial project managers as the IT contact, with strong operational involvement.
- Study and monitor projects for their implementation: reception and framing of needs, IT design studies, supplier pre-acceptance, commissioning, and equipment validation.
🎯 Your profile:
- Engineering degree or Master’s in industrial IT, automation, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in industrial IT project management, ideally in the production or engineering sector (minimum 2 years).
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Technical skills in project management, industrial IT architecture, system integration, and operational support.
- Experience with project management tools, MES, and IT security solutions.
- Ability to work in an international, multicultural, and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and knowledge transfer skills.
