The Männedorf school operates two daycare centers (Kitas) with a modern educational and care program. At the Purzelbaum Kita, around 30 children aged from three months to kindergarten entry are cared for daily in three groups. The team consists of 18 people, including six apprentices. The Kita is located near the lake, part of a cooperative housing development, and is situated in a beautiful garden.
As of April 1, 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a childcare specialist for the "Tigermüsli" group
Childcare Specialist EFZ, 50% (preferably Monday to Wednesday
As a Childcare Specialist EFZ, you care for and support children in their daily lives, promote their physical, social, and emotional development, and create a safe, loving learning environment. You plan and accompany age-appropriate activities and observe the children's developmental progress. Additionally, you work closely with parents and the care team.
- Education and care of children with a resource-oriented approach according to BULG
- Needs- and education-oriented daily and spatial design
- Committed teamwork
- Active collaboration with parents
- Support in the training of our apprentices
- Completion of FaBe EFZ or equivalent training
- Professional experience is an advantage, re-entrants welcome
- Good German skills in spoken and written form (level C1)
- Independent and reliable working style with high self-motivation
- Open, enthusiastic, empathetic personality with a solution-oriented attitude
