• Responsibility for budget planning and control, taking into account business management key figures, market and competitive situation
• Management and optimization of the gastronomic offer including calculation, menu changes, and quality standards
• Organization and control of service processes as well as leadership and motivation of the team
• Planning, execution, and billing of events and banquets; professional complaint handling
• Implementation of sales-promoting measures, preparation of statistics, analyses, and price comparisons
• Ensuring efficient internal communication and implementation of the room utilization concept

• Successfully completed vocational training or comparable qualification in the hotel industry
• Several years of professional experience in upscale hotels or gastronomy in a managerial position
• Strong leadership skills and experience in employee development
• Confident handling of common software programs (MS Office)
• Friendly, professional, and open demeanor
• Very good German and English skills; additional foreign language is an advantage
