To strengthen our Office Management & Board Assistance team in Zurich, we are looking for a committed personality who enjoys taking responsibility at the reception and at the same time supporting internal stakeholders administratively.

Office Reception & Executive Assistant (60–80% – all identities and backgrounds)
You are often the first person guests, partners, or new employees come into contact with at Switch, shaping the first impression.
About 50% of your role is in reception and office management. You are the first point of contact for visitors, operate the telephone switchboard, and organize the meeting rooms from scheduling to technical equipment/infrastructure to catering. You also take care of the central email inboxes and the office calendar, ensuring that inquiries are handled efficiently. The entire mail system is also your responsibility. You ensure that the office, materials, and infrastructure function smoothly and actively contribute to organizing internal events from planning through implementation to follow-up.
The other 50% of your activity you take on as Executive & Board Assistant. You support the management and other internal stakeholders professionally, confidentially, and with the necessary discretion in everyday administrative tasks. You coordinate appointments, travel, and expenses, prepare documents and presentations, support the recruiting process, and assist in organizing meetings, trainings, and workshops. Depending on the situation, you also take on deputizing roles in the foundation and committee council, making this role additionally versatile and exciting.
