Customer Advisor: Private Customers

Our 13-member team is the first point of contact for our customers in the branches Dübendorf, Volketswil and Fehraltorf. We support and advise customers on our basic banking products and are the business card of our bank. Therefore, we have high standards for our consulting and thus make a significant contribution to "the local bank." Our goal is to build sustainable customer relationships based on our values – inspiring, responsible, and passionate.

• Welcoming our customers in the customer hall
• Determining needs by considering individual wishes and goals as well as recognizing potential
• Advising private customers in the areas of payments, saving, investing, and retirement planning
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Scheduling appointments and conducting comprehensive advisory discussions
• Acquiring new customers as well as recognizing and mediating further customer needs
• Handling cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs, recyclers, and safe systems
• Opportunity to take on the role of practical trainer

• Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent education
• Professional experience (2 years) in consulting and sales of basic financial products
• Enjoyment of active customer consulting and affinity for digital channels
• Flexibility and willingness for job rotation in the branches Dübendorf, Volketswil, and Fehraltorf
• Your communicative, trustworthy manner and confident appearance are appreciated
• You score with your strong acquisition, sales, and service orientation
