About the job
You are the leader of our switchgear projects – your work turns our customers into fans.
This is your area of responsibility- Managing multiple projects from the offer submission through material procurement and personnel planning to billing and handover to the customer
- Leading the subordinate employees
- Acquisition of follow-up or additional orders
- Cost, schedule, and quality control
- Basic training as a switchgear or automation technician or certified automation technician; further training as a switchgear project manager is an advantage
- Experience in designing switchgear and controls as well as enjoyment in personnel management
- Experience in using CAD systems and IT affinity
- Initiative, team-oriented and committed personality
