Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Acquisition and renewal of easements such as right of way and building servitudes as well as usage and clearing permits
- Negotiations with landowners, forestry authorities, authorities, and partners - always looking for a win-win solution
- Handling of legal acquisition and legal renewal projects according to internal processes
- Determination of compensations, conducting damage assessments, and record keeping
- Preparation of documents for planning, approval, and expropriation procedures
Profile & Requirements:
- Degree in agriculture/forestry, real estate, or a comparable field with several years of practical experience
- No legal degree necessary, but enthusiasm for challenges
- Agricultural background is an advantage
- Project management experience and affinity for technical infrastructures
- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
- Communicative, team-oriented, and strong in negotiations
- Structured, process-oriented work with a sense of responsibility
- Very good German skills, ideally Swiss German, other national languages welcome
