PROJECT MANAGER EXPERT

If you are passionate about the role of Project Manager, constantly seeking to learn and enhance your skills, then you are the one we are looking for! You will be part of the Digital Solutions team and will be involved in innovative projects.

• Coordinate the definition of business needs, ensure the establishment of general functional specifications, and draft the specifications document.
• Participate in the selection of a solution (software package, development, ...) in relation to the project owner and foresee the means to be implemented (human, technical, financial…).
• Define and supervise the realization of prototypes and tests and participate in the acceptance.
• Organize, coordinate, and lead the project team while ensuring good communication and documentation of the project in compliance with the established requirements and standards.
• Ensure the operation of the solution until the transfer to maintenance and implement the support action plan, based on needs.
• Establish all necessary indicators for monitoring and managing the project, particularly regarding performance evaluation, costs, and deadlines.
• Ensure rigorous management of external suppliers associated with project realization.

your knowledge

• University degree, EPF engineer, HES/ETS in computer science or equivalent
• Certification Hermes, Agile, IPMA, PMI or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing IT projects, including 2 years in a complex environment.
• Fluent in French
• Fluent in English
