• Design, development, implementation, and quality assurance of courses in the field of child and adult protection law in initial and continuing education
• Support of learning and educational processes as well as coaching of students (e.g., project supervision)
• Supervision and qualification of CAS, MAS, module, and bachelor theses
• Participation in the acquisition and implementation of service and research projects in cooperation with practice organizations
• Publications in professional journals
• Professional development of the subject area

• Master's degree in law, doctorate in law is an advantage
• Very good expertise and many years of experience in civil child and adult protection law
• Good networking in practice with KESB and legal guardians
• Ability to prepare scientific concepts understandably for different target groups from practice
• Humorous personality, analytical thinker, and independent team player
• Experience in organizational development of authorities or practice organizations desired
• Teaching experience in adult education is an advantage
