As Troubleshooting Operations Team Leader, you take responsibility for a dedicated and specialized team focused on handling and coordinating quality reports, analyzing and resolving operational disruptions. You ensure that problems are quickly identified, analyzed, and sustainably resolved.
What You Can Achieve
Technical and personnel leadership of the troubleshooting team consisting of 6 employees and their further development
Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Responsible for creating and coordinating the processing of quality reports (QNs) in production
Prioritization of quality reports (Q-reports)
Close collaboration with internal departments such as production, quality, engineering, planning, project management, and purchasing
You are the first escalation level and work closely with internal stakeholders.
Creation of reports and KPIs for performance measurement and quality metrics
Further development of troubleshooting processes for continuous improvement
Support during audits and internal reviews
As a leader, you are responsible for compliance with all relevant external and internal regulations, processes, and guidelines
Your Background
Technical education with further training (min. HF) or degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, quality, or comparable field
Several years of experience in troubleshooting, production processes, or quality management
Leadership experience or strong leadership skills
Analytical thinking, structured working method, and high problem-solving competence
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Fluent German and English skills
Knowledge of SAP and MES
Detailed product knowledge in the field of gas-insulated switchgear
