The BZGS is a dynamic and innovative competence center.

What to expect
- Fulfillment of the vocational mandate for teachers at vocational schools in the FaBe specialist area
- Subject-specific teaching according to the school curriculum
- Collaborative work within the faculty and in the further development of the specialist area
- Other activities according to the cantonal vocational mandate
What distinguishes you
- Completed training in social pedagogy / social work / socio-cultural animation HF/FH or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of people with disabilities
- Diploma as a vocational school teacher or willingness to complete a corresponding course of study
- Motivation to support young people in their professional and personal development
- Very good IT skills and openness to digital learning formats
- Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality with high social competence
- Willingness to actively contribute to an innovation-oriented environment
