For the dedicated HR team, we are looking for an
HR Clerk (60-80%)
starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
What awaits you:
- Handling all administrative activities related to entries, employee support, exits, and changes
- Independent management of absence management in close cooperation with our social insurance partners
- Supporting the HR management by taking on various administrative and organizational tasks in the areas of BGM, internal training, further education, process optimizations, etc.
- Assistance in the recruitment process
What you bring:
- Commercial basic training with further education as an HR assistant or social insurance clerk
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role (preferably in an SME)
- Good knowledge in social insurance and absence management
- Independent and precise working style
- Confident and error-free German in spoken and written form
- Very good MS Office user skills
- Enjoyment in contact with people
