Job Description:

We design, plan, and realize exciting large projects. In your new role, you will be responsible for leading, monitoring, and controlling the entire planning and construction process as the overall architect or overall general planner. You will support your team colleagues with your experience and ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective order and project execution. As a reliable point of contact, you will proactively and solution-oriented address the different needs and demands of all project participants and align them with the interests of the client and the company's goals.

We expect from you:

Completed architecture degree or equivalent training

Solid experience as an overall manager / project manager according to SIA in Switzerland

Confidence in dealing with deadlines and cost situations in projects

Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and methodical way of working

Business-oriented and service-oriented thinking and acting

High social competence, negotiation skills, and strong communication abilities

Good German language skills, knowledge of other national languages, and English skills are an advantage
