What you bring:
- Motivated and independent personality
- Experience in the automotive industry and dispatching
- Experience with the brands Volvo, Nissan, or Škoda is an advantage
- Enjoyment in direct customer contact
- Completed commercial apprenticeship as a clerk is an advantage
- High service orientation and flexibility
- Reliable and precise way of working
Your tasks are:
- Various dispatching tasks (processing orders, ordering and deregistering vehicles, managing discounts and premiums)
- Vehicle accounting and invoicing
- Sales support
- Support in marketing activities and exhibitions
- Assistance in training commercial apprentices
- Support of sales management in daily operational business
- Creation, maintenance, and preparation of sales documents, offers, and reports
- Planning and organization of vehicle handovers as well as coordination with workshop, dispatch, and marketing
