Your tasks:

• Contribute to the proper functioning of technical installations as well as the maintenance of premises.
• Plan and supervise work carried out by external service providers.
• Process and manage client requests via the ticket system tool.
• Manage access controls, badges, and the security system.
• Participate in the 24/7 on-call service on a weekly rotation.
• Compile and check statistics on office occupancy.
• Participate in the organization and monitoring of quality controls.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and participate in the implementation and continuous improvement in this area.
• Support and participate in internal relocations.
• Set up conference and meeting rooms.
• Support event organization.
• Assist colleagues with occasional tasks outside of your specialty.
• Completed apprenticeship with a craft or technical training, or as a concierge
• Very good knowledge of French spoken and written, and good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of IT tools such as MS Office
• Willingness to acquire new IT skills
• Flexible, able to work in a team, and strong customer orientation
