Property Manager (m/f/d)

This is what you will do:
- You take responsibility for managing a complex portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties
- As the technical contact person in the team, you are responsible for training and guiding employees, conducting training sessions in our Training Center, and supporting quality assurance
- You maintain contact with property owners, tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities
- Negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements as well as the annual budget are also part of your responsibilities
- To meet all these tasks, you can count on support from team members in technical management and leasing as well as from administration and caretaking, which you supervise
- At the "Living" location, you also take care of the personal support of customers on site together with your team
This is why you succeed:
- You have a commercial basic education, are a property manager with a federal certificate of competence, and ideally hold a diploma as a real estate trustee
- You also have several years of professional experience in managing residential and commercial properties
- You skillfully apply digital affinity and solid PC and software knowledge daily in working with various systems
- An efficient and goal-oriented working style as well as good communication skills with negotiation skills qualify you in dealing with different and demanding target groups
- A high level of service and customer orientation is a matter of course for you
- Good manners, high resilience as well as flexibility and perseverance complete your profile
- You communicate fluently in German, both orally and in writing
