You bring 3 YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.You will thrive in this role if you are:* A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo* A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing* Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data* Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)Role responsibilities* Functional analysis and translation of business requirements into Data 360 solutions;* Data modeling, mappings, definition of entities and relationships;* Configuration of ingestion, transformations, harmonization, and identity resolution rules;* Building and validating segments, insights, calculated insights, and activations;* Configuration and validation of connectors with Sales/Service/Marketing/External systems;* Functional contributions to architecture design and best practices;* Preparation of functional documentation, blueprinting, and diagrams;* Execution of functional technical evidence and test cases;* Functional QA of objects, rules, pipelines, unifications, and activations;* Support for technical teams (ingestion pipelines, APIs) and business teams;* Assistance with demos, functional explanations, and handover to operations.Must have qualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:* 2–3 years of experience in functional roles related to Salesforce/Data;* Proven experience with Data Cloud / Customer Data Platforms;* Strong knowledge of data modeling, ingestion, mapping, unification, and segmentation;* Familiarity with deterministic and probabilistic rules;* Understanding of Salesforce architecture (Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud);Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and handling of PII;* Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);* Attention to detail and analytical skills for data validation;* Excellence in functional documentation and stakeholder communication;* Advanced English level.Nice to have qualifications* Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification;* Additional certifications: Admin, Marketing Cloud, Integration Architect;* Experience with Snowflake, ETL/ELT, BigQuery, or similar tools;* Background in consulting firms or multi-client projects;* Familiarity with functional design tools (Miro, Lucidchart, Confluence).If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
