As a caretaker, you play a key role: you keep everything in good condition, ensure a well-maintained environment, and are the first point of contact for our customers on site.
Your main tasks:
- Operating technical systems
- Planning and carrying out necessary inspections and maintenance on technical systems
- Processing tickets
- Performing minor repairs
- Obtaining and preparing quotations
- Accompanying internal service providers as well as third-party companies
- Reporting additional services
- Intervening according to specifications
- Performing general housekeeping services
Your profile:
- Completed training in HVACSE or facility maintenance specialist
- Further training as a caretaker with a federal certificate of competence is an advantage
- Fluent German skills
- Manual dexterity
- Flexible and resilient personality
- Driving licence category B
- On-call duty obligation
- Impeccable reputation
