Radiation Oncology Nurse
60% - 6-month fixed-term contract
Your mission:
- Contribute to the implementation of treatments by participating in clinical monitoring and the application of medical prescriptions
- Ensure continuity, safety, and quality of technical care through skilled and relationally competent actions
- Develop specific skills related to the prevention and supportive care of side effects of treatments administered in radiation oncology
- Assess the needs of patients and their relatives to provide necessary support in collaboration with radiation oncology technicians, doctors, and health professionals in the network
- Meet future needs related to patient care
- Work in a multidisciplinary team demonstrating flexibility, constructive spirit, and solidarity
- Assume the role of expert in nursing care in radiation oncology
Your profile:
- Nursing diploma
- Post-diploma training in oncology would be an asset
- Mastery of technical procedures
- Fluency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language
- Basic computer skills
- Versatility, flexibility, good adaptability, and stress resistance
- Relational skills and sense of communication
