«Zäme witercho» - At the Schlossmatt center, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, our roof also houses a day center, a daycare, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.Your tasks
- You take on general tasks in the accounting process such as rebookings, invoicing, cash management, and dunning
- You carry out cost accounting according to industry guidelines and assist in the preparation of the SOMED statistics
- You actively support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
- You assist in the analysis and preparation of relevant financial key figures
- You support resident administration and settle care contributions with the cantons
- As part of the Finance + Controlling team, you act as a contact person for financial questions throughout the entire ZSB and advise the various departments
You bring with you
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in finance and accounting or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER
- An independent, precise, and structured way of working is a matter of course for you
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel; experience with Lobos is an advantage
- You are a team player, flexible, and place great value on respectful interaction
