• You are the first point of contact for the sales manager and his team as well as the central interface to customer service.
• You actively support the sales team by actively scheduling appointments, clarifying customer needs, and handling consultation meetings as well as their follow-up.
• You create offers and analyses to specifically support your sales team.
• You maintain the customer base and process leads as well as sales tips efficiently and carefully.
• Enjoyment of sales and working in a competitive environment
• Ideally commercial clerk, E- or M-profile or equivalent training
• Required accreditations according to VAG (e.g. VBV, Cicero) or willingness to obtain them
• At least 1 year of sales experience in field service or internal sales of an insurance company in the non-life & life sector
