What you can achieve with us

In this versatile role, you, together with your two team colleagues, ensure the administration for the entire institution. You coordinate the tasks within the team, provide professional support, manage the school office, and perform administrative tasks for other areas. In addition, you manage the secretariat of the board of trustees, are the contact person for authorities, and take over the project office for various departments. You independently lead your own projects – especially in the areas of digitization and efficiency improvement. Furthermore, you support our case management software Socialweb, ensure its up-to-dateness, and assist employees in its use. You define new processes in your area, maintain existing ones, and develop them further if necessary.

For this important hub function, you have a commercial basic education as well as ideally further training in project management and/or digitization. You bring at least two years of experience in a comparable coordination role. In addition, you have a strong affinity for IT applications and technical innovations. You quickly recognize optimization potential and enjoy developing solutions.

As a personality, you convince with your structured and organized way of working, your communication skills, and your pronounced service orientation. You promote a trusting collaboration within the team and contribute to a constructive climate in the institution. 

We are the Foundation for Blind and Visually Impaired Children and Youth Zollikofen - a private, politically and denominationally neutral organization with a non-profit purpose. Our task is to support and accompany people with special needs from birth to young adulthood.
We offer additional services to parents, teachers of public regular schools and special primary schools, as well as to professionals. Our core competencies lie in the support and accompaniment of young people with visual impairment, blindness, multiple disabilities, or from the autism spectrum.
