About the job
Your Tasks
- You jointly lead the focus area of addiction diseases together with the responsible chief physician in dual responsibility and bear the professional, organizational, and economic overall responsibility
- You ensure patient-oriented and guideline-based care in close intra- and interprofessional collaboration
- You promote the professional development of the focus area, especially with regard to integrated care models, and accompany corresponding change processes
- You support the management personnel in their leadership role and participate in cross-focus projects
- As a member of the interprofessional management of adult psychiatry, you contribute to the strategic development and achievement of the goals of Psychiatry Baselland
Your Profile
- Diploma in Nursing HF or FH with SRK recognition as well as several years of experience, preferably in the field of addiction diseases
- Completed management training and at least two years of leadership experience
- Structured, cooperative, and solution-oriented working style, pronounced quality awareness as well as understanding of processes and structures in health organizations
