We are a nursing home committed to dementia care as well as palliative care in basic care for 84 people aged 18 and over. The care concept is based on relationship-centered care in the maieutic sense.

Your main tasks
Together as a team, you ensure high-quality care and support for our residents during the night. In your role, you bear the main responsibility and ensure seamless information and documentation. You are the contact person for the nursing team, relatives, and doctors and act calmly and professionally in emergency situations. In addition, you actively contribute to the further development of our care quality during the night.
Your profile
- Completed tertiary education as a certified nurse
- Experience in long-term care, ideally in the night shift area
- Knowledge in palliative care or willingness to further train in this area
- Independent, reliable, and resilient personality
- Professional conduct even in challenging situations
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as understanding of the Swiss German language
