The Frohmatt retirement center is a modern facility that offers various living arrangements tailored to the needs of our residents. We care for and support people with care needs, people with dementia, and assist individuals in supported living. Our operation also includes service apartments within the house. The Stollenweid house, as the fourth house, also belongs to Frohmatt. Here live our residents who enjoy rural living.

To complement our team, we are looking for a

Trainer in Nursing, Health Professional EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF

• Accompanying, promoting, and enabling our learners in their competencies
• Planning learning steps to achieve learning objectives and their verification
• Conducting learning documentation, training discussions, and qualifications
• Taking over the assessment and documentation of selection internships for FaGe/AGS applicants
• Active participation in nursing, including support in daily activities and ensuring high-quality care

• Completed training as a Health Professional EFZ or Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF
• Additional training as a trainer or willingness to complete this training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in nursing (long-term care is an advantage) and 2 years as a trainer
• Efficient, independent, and speedy working style
• Communicative skills and good social competence
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent oral and written German skills
• Good knowledge of all PC programs used in nursing (e.g., easyDOK, RAI-NH)

• Appreciative relationship care in advanced dementia
