Your main tasks:
- Psychiatric care and treatment of clients in their familiar environment
- Taking over case management including care planning, evaluation & quality assurance
- Advice and support for relatives and other persons involved in the care process
- Collaboration with relatives, doctors, hospitals & specialist agencies
- Documentation and communication in the interdisciplinary team
- Participation in quality assurance and further development of care processes
What you bring:
- Diploma as a Psychiatric Nurse HF/FH with at least 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting
- InterRAI HC/CMH course or willingness to complete it
- Enjoyment of independent work and working with people with mental impairments
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- High social competence, communication skills and resilience
- Willingness to work interdisciplinarily and to continue training
- Good PC skills & digital affinity
- Driver's license category B (own car advantageous)
