Process Engineer - Valais Brewery (m/f/d)

Start date: immediate or to be agreed | Work rate: 100% | Permanent contract | Vétroz (VS) | Production

Your tasks:

• Analyse, improve and stabilise production processes in close collaboration with the Team Leader
• Lead and support small to medium-sized projects focused on efficiency, quality and reliability
• Identify losses, implement corrective actions and integrate them into standard processes
• Champion Carlsberg Excellence (CarlEx) standards: SOPs, CIL and other best practices
• Facilitate root cause analyses and ensure effective follow-up
• Manage materials (Kanban, order lists) to support smooth production
• Manage the department's OPEX budget in coordination with the Site Leader
• Act as super user and trainer for MES/SAP systems

Your profile:

• Training in brewing technology, process engineering, food technology or a similar field
• Experience in process optimisation and project management in a production environment
• Knowledge of Lean methods and continuous improvement tools (TPM, CarlEx or similar)
• Proficiency in MES/SAP systems or equivalents
• Very good knowledge of French and/or German (written and spoken); English is an asset
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility and a strong team spirit
