Your tasks

Initiate and lead projects for digital transformation
Further development of digital tools (for example Office 365) and processes
Development and implementation of training for employees
Coordination and monitoring of all digitalization projects
Analysis and optimization of administrative processes
Collaboration with internal and external partners
Ensuring data protection-compliant solutions
Promotion of synergies and communication within the administration

What you bring with you

Degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in digital transformation and project management
Enthusiasm for innovative solutions and a proactive, goal-oriented way of working
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Authentic presence and strong communication skills
