Secretariat Collaborator
Office of Culture | Graubünden Art Museum | 20% | Chur
For the Graubünden Art Museum, within the Office of Culture, we are looking for a secretariat collaborator starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Tasks
- Manages the telephone switchboard and is responsible for the postal service of the Graubünden Art Museum
- Handles internal correspondence and communication
- Organizes guided tour requests and coordinates them together with the team of the Graubünden Art Museum
- Is responsible for sending printed materials and catalogs
What we expect from you
- Completed commercial training and experience in secretariat management
- Good knowledge of Office programs
- Has pleasant and polite manners and is a discreet person
- Is used to working independently, flexibly, service- and solution-oriented
- Interest in art and culture
